Prizes may be picked up during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm *(holidays may vary). The offices are NOT open on Saturday and Sundays so if you've won tickets to an event over the weekend you must pick up before 5:30pm on the Friday prior. Tickets not picked up by 5:30pm the day of the event, or a Friday prior, will be forfeited.. (we hate for them to go to waste).
