Local residents were told that trick-or-treaters would be stopping by, but they weren’t told who those trick-or-treaters would be. I started weeping with laughter pretty much from the moment it began, because the idea that the costumed members of Gwar would celebrate Halloween by wearing costumes over their costumes just immediately hit me in the right spot.
