You knew it was going to happen but a fellow metal rocker has taken his opinions on Halestorm's controversial Grammy win to social media. After Halestorm won the award for "Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance", Shadows Fall drummer Jason Bittner wrote this on his official Facebook page:

"Well, I know I'm gonna get a lot of shit for this but I just don't care anymore.... How the FUCK does Maiden, Megadeth, (Lamb of God), and my 'other family' ANTHRAX lose the Grammys to ________ (not gonna say the name)!!!! Shit is rotten in the music business and this proves it!!! And I thought the JETHRO TULL thing in 1989 was bad enough but this beats it hands down!!!"

Jethro Tull famously won the first ever "Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance" Grammy back in 1989, defeating Metallica among others in the award's inaugural year. Bittner is not expected to be the only artist with some strong opinions following last night's controversial decision. What do you think about last night's Grammy Award for "Best Hard Rock/Metal Performance"?

skankdrummer - i agree with Jason !

JamesThurman3 - Marketing and advertising ruins everything. It has its place but evidently they don't have any boundaries on what they destroy or demoralize with what they want us to buy.

if your thinking "gee, I wonder why not many people are paying attention to us?" think about that.

AmySansing - Aww, bittner sounds bitter.  Got beat by a girl?

 Big baby.

JamesThurman3 - I don't think it has anything to do with gender, Amy. Although I do agree he is kind of being a big cry baby about it, he does bring up a good point, who the **** puts Lamb of God, Megadeath, Anthrax, and Halestorm in the same category?! I typically couldn't care less and I don't know why but something about that ****** me off.

VikkiHamel - That band ( not gonna say name either) will be a ONE HIT WONDER any way!!!
