The Foo Fighters are halfway done with their new album says their producer Butch Vig. Vig recently spoke with Kerrang magazine and said the band is at the halfway point of recording their new album.
Vig went into more detail when he said:
“We’ve been recording at some different locations, but we’re almost halfway done with the recording and it’s going well. It sounds different — we’ve thrown a few things into the mix, in the recording process, that are going to give the record a different sound and a different feel. It’s been a challenge, but it’s also been exciting.”
Foo Fighters fans should be getting excited about this! Hopefully we will get to hear something from the new album in the upcoming months. The band has been keeping a low profile as of late do to the recording of the new album, so the only show they have schedule for 2014 is the Firefly Music Festival in Delware.
