Here's a tattoo a Giants fan got in honor of quarterback ELI MANNING heading to the Super Bowl . . . and possibly, inexplicably winning another Super Bowl before his much-more-talented brother PEYTON.

--The tattoo features Eli with Peyton in a headlock, giving him a noogie.  And the tattoo covers this guy's RIGHT BUTT CHEEK.  His HAIRY right butt cheek.  So view with caution, and NOT while eating.
