Metal Album Pick Of The Week

Death Baphometic Chaosim is a hard punching black metal album that throws in the creepy ambiance indicative of all black metal without sounding played out.  If you have never heard of Lightening Swords of Death, they have an Immortal-ish with a splash of Wolves in the Throne Room.  The wickedly fast songs make you curse the design of your body that you cannot head bang fast enough, and the slower songs make you overflow with such blackening emotion that you probably think you can paint brilliantly dark pieces even though your watercolor skills are not something to be desired.  There is an eerie instrumental track to reset the mood halfway through the album and the last song amps up the intensity and closes the album down with organ pipes, weird noises and indistinguishable voices that makes you want to open the album case again to check and see if it was a double album.
