Hundreds of Homeless and Disabled Tempe Residents to Benefit from Annual Tempe Charity Gala Tempe Community Action Agency (TCAA) wants to be the first Tempe organization to crush local poverty, hunger and homelessness with TCAA’s “First Crush” Charity Gala and Silent Auction. TCAA has contributed to the community by providing the Escalante Community Garden, Shower Power! Mobile shower trailer for the homeless, home-delivered meals for elderly & disabled, as well as several other programs for Tempe residents.
