Just yesterday Seether bassist Dale Stewart upload a short video on Youtube detailing the bands progression on their upcoming album. With the release of a greatest hits collection at the end of last year, and an upcoming tour in April, the band is clearly doing well, but it hasn’t been without hard work.
Stewart himself has stated that he has done bass on eight of the songs and “seven in one day, which is a lot, but it’s kind of cool to knock ‘em out when you’re in the groove or in the zone.”
He also went on to say that they have recorded all but one of the drum tracks, and that overall the experience has been “pretty painless so far, aside from a couple of hospital visits here and there” but when has hard work not required sacrifice?
Stewart has high hopes for the album saying, “ I think the songs are sounding good. I think it’s going to be a good album and I’m pretty excited to hear how it’s going to turn out.”
Make sure to check out their entire tour date list.
