OK, so you’ve heard me in these Cabo Wabo commercials for the past couple of months about a local band talent search. If you were really paying attention, you noticed that the voting for the top ten band ends on June 29th. Well, my bright friend, today just so happens to be that day and the VOTING is closed.
Yup, now you can’t complain that your favorite local band didn’t make the cut to play one of our shows this summer.
Speaking of which, I know you really want to know which local band has scored the $1000 bucks and the show opportunity. Well, you’re going to have to wait until Monday night when I make that “official” announcement on the air. So there’s just a little while longer before you get to find out.
In the meantime, a big thanks to the guys over there at Cabo Wabo Tequila for helping us get the word out for the local bands to participate. Without them, this band search would have been nothing!
