If any of you are looking to relocate to the Los Angeles area and need a million dollar home, you might want to hit up A Perfect Circle guitarist, Billy Howerdel, to let him know you're the perfect fit.
According to the Los Angeles Times, Howerdel has put his house up for $1.799 million dollars. If you think that's too much for the Studio City home, consider the 10-foot ceilings, formal dining and living rooms, three fireplaces, five en suite bedrooms and a powder room in its 4,000 square feet. Oh and you can't forget the outdoor features that include a kitchen with granite counters and barbecue, a patio misting system, a fireplace, a swimming pool and a spa.
A Perfect Circle does not have plans to release a new album nor do they have a record deal.
