Celebration: Shan Man Appearing at Circle K with the Arizona Lottery

Now that June has arrived, it’s time to start celebrating for the first 7 days.  “For what?” you might be asking yourself.  Well, I’ve always considered June the “real” beginning of Summer--even though Summer isn’t official until we get closer to the end of the month--and it usually marks the time when I can sit in my 10x10 home office trolling Facebook while attempting to stay cool.  

Oh yeah, you know the story: you are stationary in one position with hopes that any movement you make doesn’t turn the heat up in your house as your air conditioner works overtime to keep you happy.  Right?  And you have to look forward to the extra $200 bucks that you know is going to be tossed to the electric company’s way for keeping you cool in your chonies. Well maybe that’s just me, but I know that some of you fall into the “work-at-home” category where you get to work in your underpants.

As for the other part about celebrating for the first 7 days, well my birthday just so happens to fall on June 7th and I always try to make it known that everyone should celebrate for no reason other than me playing you good music to get you through your night.  Yeah, yeah, I’m that guy who celebrates his birthday for the first two weeks of the month, but what else do I have to do other than sweat in my 10x10?

This June 7th will be different, though.  I’ve planned on heading out to the Wesssssssssssssssssiiiiiiiiiide to a Circle K JUST so you can wish me a Happy Birthday!  That sounds like a fantastical idea, right?  I don’t think it’s too needy, do you? ;)

When you come out,  I will hook you guys up with a FREE Arizona Lottery Pick ticket when you pick up 1 Corona Extra or Cornona Light  12-pack (or larger) and any two Snyders Pretzels.  Who’s to say that you won’t win some sweet summer cash for that electric bill just by keeping cool with some Corona? Annnnd, I happen to think that those folks overa the Arizona Lottery really understand the Law of Averages when they say, “You can’t win if you don’t play.” That’s pretty smart.

I'm also going to get you signed up for the Mayhem Festival featuring Slipknot, Anthrax, Motorhead and more!  That show is happening on July 6th, so if you're lookin' to score a freebie from me, you have to come out.  Plus, I'll have 98 KUPD shirts and other swagaroo to give to you. :)
