I've always enjoyed the ridiculous idea of Christian Metal, but what about Christian DEATH Metal--otherwise known as "Gorship". Today I managed to stumble across a video on YouTube from the band Impending Doom called "Murderer". I'm pretty sure I've read about this band in the past, but I have never taken the time to give them a chance in my daily listening habits. As it is, I feel like 85% of the generes of metal borderline unlistenable "nerd metal". In fact, there are TOO MANY subgenres of metal to try and define that I don't know how to keep track anymore. Call me a quitter, but it's just too much for me to handle these days...
Needless to say, after I watched this video and listened to their latest album, these Bible thumpers know how I like to hear my metal. Who cares if the lyrics are a little too preachy? I can't understand them anyway...
