Last week, Pantera topped the #1 spot on the countdown for the majority of the week while Halestorm held steady at #2.  The #3 and #4 spots were up for grabs, but that doesn't mean it can't change this week.  New voting can ease some of the newcomers into the top spot unexpectedly.  Artists in the countdown include Voldbeat, Call Me No One, Red Line Chemistry, and Charm City Devils.
