Beck and Cage the Elephant‘s Matt Shultz are featured in a new video for the song “True Love Will Find You in the End,” originally written by the late cult singer-songwriter Daniel Johnston.

The visual, streaming now on YouTube, includes clips of different artists covering the track, along with archival, never-before-seen footage of Johnston. Along with Beck and Shultz, the video also features The Flaming Lips’ Wayne Coyne and Wilco‘s Jeff Tweedy.

The video was released by the Hi How Are You Project, a mental health awareness charity created in honor of Johnston, who died in 2019. The organization takes its name from one of Johnston’s cassette tapes, which gained fame in the ’90s after Kurt Cobain started wearing a t-shirt with the tape’s artwork.

Beck previously covered “True Love Will Find You in the End” for the 2004 compilation The Late Great Daniel Johnston: Discovered Covered, which, ironically, was released while Johnston was still alive. The album also included covers performed by Death Cab for Cutie, TV on the Radio and Bright Eyes.
