Disturbed will not be getting down with The Sickness after all.
The Chicago metallers have announced that their tour celebrating the 20th anniversary of their 2000 debut album is officially canceled.
The tour, which also included Staind and Bad Wolves on the bill, was originally scheduled to kick off in July 2020 before getting postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It was rescheduled for this coming summer but has now been scrapped for good.
“Unfortunately, as the tour takes us to different cities and states with a variety of unclear restrictions, it becomes unfeasible to move forward,” Disturbed writes in a statement. “We felt waiting any longer and canceling last minute, especially after you all have waited this long, would be unfair.”
Refunds will be issued at point of purchase. For more info, visit Disturbed1.com.
