Former Five Finger Death Punch drummer Jeremy Spencer has released an audiobook version of his 2014 memoir.
The book, titled Death Punch’d: Surviving Five Finger Death Punch’s Metal Mayhem, gives Spencer’s behind-the-scenes perspective as a member of the Las Vegas rockers, and details his own personal demons. It landed on the New York Times Best Seller list following its release.
Spencer himself narrates the audiobook. You can listen to a preview streaming now via the drummer’s YouTube channel.
Spencer left FFDP in 2018 due to health issues. He’s since started a new band called Psychosexual, which just released a new EP featuring guitar from another ex-Death Punch member, Jason Hook.
Death Punch, meanwhile, recruited drummer Charlie Engen in place of Spencer. Engen made his debut on the band’s latest album, this year’s F8.
