LCD Soundsystem is among the film nominees for the 2023 Critics Choice Awards.

James Murphy and company’s track “New Body Rhumba,” which was recorded for the movie White Noise, is up for the Best Song prize. Their competition includes Lady Gaga‘s “Hold My Hand” from Top Gun: Maverick, Rihanna‘s “Lift Me Up” from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and Taylor Swift‘s “Carolina” from Where the Crawdads Sing.

The 2023 Critics Choice Awards will air January 15 at 7 p.m. ET on The CW.

“New Body Rhumba” was released in September and marks LCD’s first new music to follow their 2017 reunion album, American Dream.

White Noise, meanwhile, is currently showing in select theaters prior to its premiere on Netflix December 30. The film, which is based on the 1985 Don DeLillo novel of the same name, stars Adam Driver, Greta Gerwig and Don Cheadle.
