Marilyn Manson has earned his milestone 10th top-10 album on the Billboard 200.
WE ARE CHAOS, the latest studio effort from the Antichrist Superstar, debuts at number eight on this week’s chart with a total of 31,000 equivalent album units, 28,000 of which were traditional album sales.
With WE ARE CHAOS, Manson’s now landed top-10 entries on the Billboard 200 with every one of his full-length studio releases, except for his 1994 debut Portrait of an American Family and 2000’s Holy Wood (In the Shadow of the Valley of Death). He’s notched number-one albums twice, with 1998’s Mechanical Animals and 2003’s The Golden Age of Grotesque.
WE ARE CHAOS is the follow-up to 2017’s Heaven Upside Down. Manson recorded it in collaboration with country rocker Shooter Jennings.
