If you’re a fan of Royal Blood‘s new, dance-influenced style — as heard on the duo’s chart-topping hit single “Trouble’s Coming” — then we have some good news.

Speaking to ABC Audio, frontman Mike Kerr shares that you can expect to hear that Daft Punk and Justice-inspired sound throughout Royal Blood’s upcoming new album, Typhoons.

“We definitely venture off onto lots of different themes,” Kerr says. “But I think that [‘Trouble’s Coming’] was the first successful attempt at trying something new.”

Kerr adds that “Trouble’s Coming,” which hit number one on Billboard‘s Mainstream Rock Airplay and the top 10 on the Alternative Airplay chart, is just a taste of what Typhoons has to offer.

“I would say that the songs kind of get much better from here on out,” he teases. “This was…literally our first foot forwards, you know?”

Typhoons will be released April 30.
