System of a Down‘s Serj Tankian and Daron Malakian are credited as co-writers on a new song from hitmaking a cappella group Pentatonix.

The track, titled “Bored,” interpolates the melody from the System song “B.Y.O.B.,” a single off the band’s 2005 album, Mezmerize. “Bored” also reuses the “B.Y.O.B.” lyric “Everybody’s going to a party/Have a real good time,” albeit in a very different context than the original’s anti-war message.

“Bored” is included on the new Pentatonix album The Lucky Ones, which is out today.

System of a Down returned last fall with their first new songs in 15 years. Meanwhile, Tankian is prepping a new solo EP called Elasticity, due out March 19.
